Here’s a Few of Rhonda’s Clients’ Have to Say About Working With Her…

“Rhonda Fee is an impressive and experienced agent to have worked with in buying our first home.  As first time home buyers, we had little knowledge of the complexities and risks associated with the current changes in the real estate market.  Rhonda was patience in educating us about the various scenarios we could encounter in the buying process and made sure we made informed decisions at each step.  She took the time to help us find the right home for us, not just a good one.
The most important aspect about Rhonda is that she is dedicated to making the whole process simple and clear.  She had worked tirelessly for us at making the purchase of our home a pleasant and smooth experience.  We could not have worked with a more dedicated, hardworking, and extremely professional person.  We would definitely recommend her to our family and friends and would use her services again in our next real estate transaction.” Wilson & Kristine of Pleasanton – May 2010

If you are looking for a Realtor in California’s East Bay area, look no further than Rhonda Fee.  I cannot say enough about Rhonda but will start with, Honest, Trustworthy, Professional, Courteous, Educated, Experienced, Knowledgeable, Responsive, Supporting, Caring, Comforting, Witty, Charming, Funny, and her Integrity is heads and tails above others, and Rhonda represents only YOU, her client.

I met Rhonda a year and a half before I purchased my home, as I was referred by a co-worker who also utilized Rhonda’s expertise in their home purchase.  I wasn’t in a big hurry and explained to her at the time of introduction, that I didn’t want to be pressured, and she graciously understood and included me on auto email of the MLS listings for my price range and area I wanted to live.  A short 8 months later after looking on the Internet at about a million homes, I called Rhonda and said “OK, bug me, bug me – and let’s find me my forever home”, and it happened within about 2 weeks.

She will fight for and stand behind her clients through the toughest part of any real estate transaction. I was lucky enough to be the successful offeror on a foreclosed home.  It was an extremely difficult transaction, forever to be remembered as the “$7,000 repair credit” fiasco.  Veryyyyyy long story, but suffice it to say, there were times throughout that 45 day escrow period where the Seller’s (the Bank) Realtor pulled out just about every stop to make this the most miserable experience of my life – when purchasing a home should be one the happiest.  Rhonda was right there the entire time putting him in his place to honor the “Purchase Contract Agreement”, and brought out the big guns when needed, with the full support of her realty company and Broker.

She also came to my rescue when at the 11th hour, it was necessary to switch Mortgage Brokers and she recommended great people who where immediately responsive to my needs.  The contacts I’ve made through her and others in her business social circle (from General Contractors to Pool Service Companies), have greatly reduced my stress level and the difficulty in finding “honest” people to help me in my adventures of making my new home just “perfect” for my family.

Through my home buying experience – and forever more, I am happy to say that Rhonda is now my life-long friend.

P.S.  There is truly no one that I could or would provide a higher recommendation for than Rhonda.   Angie M.

“I had my Pleasanton townhouse on the market last year, with a different realtor at first, and it was going nowhere fast!  Unfortunately, not all real estate agents are good ones.  I learned that and almost ended up losing a lot of money because of it. Luckily, after several months of going nowhere and high stress, I took drastic measures to get out of the first contract.  I was referred to Rhonda through a reliable source and immediately things took on a whole new approach. She worked with us on such a committed and personal level!  Her positive attitude both motivated us and allowed us to relax….NO STRESS!  We knew we were in good hands from the day Rhonda took over. She suggested a few changes that required a little work and a presale expense but paid off tremendously. Everything went so smoothly, and professionally, and the best part was that we had a buyer at a number we were more than pleased with, within 2 weeks!  TWO WEEKS!!  I would recommend Rhonda to a friend, a relative or a new acquaintance, without reservation!  I wouldn’t consider using any other agent!”  Margie ~ Pleasanton, CA ~ March, 2007
